Accessibility Statement

Last updated August 17, 2026

EasyHomeLender.com is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We want any consumer who wants to be connected with a mortgage broker to be able to do that here, independently and without difficulty.

Need help right now? If any part of this website is a barrier for you, email [email protected]. We will help you submit your request another way, or provide the information you need in a format that works for you, at no cost to you.

The standard we work toward

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA as our reference standard. WCAG is published by the World Wide Web Consortium and is the benchmark most commonly used to evaluate whether a website is accessible. WCAG 2.2 became a W3C Recommendation in October 2023 and extends the earlier WCAG 2.1 standard.

We also aim to meet our obligations under the Americans with Disabilities Act and applicable state accessibility laws.

We describe this as a goal we work toward, not a certification. We have not obtained a third-party conformance audit, and we do not claim that every page fully conforms to WCAG 2.2 Level AA at every moment. Accessibility is ongoing work, and we would rather tell you that plainly than overstate it.

What we have done

  • Pages are built with semantic HTML so screen readers can announce headings, lists, and landmarks in a meaningful order
  • Every form field on our request form has a visible, programmatically associated label, and required fields are marked
  • The site can be navigated by keyboard alone, and interactive elements show a visible focus indicator
  • Text and background colors were chosen to meet WCAG contrast ratios for body text and interface elements
  • Images that carry meaning have descriptive alternative text; decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology
  • Layouts are responsive and remain usable when text is enlarged or the page is zoomed
  • Content is written in plain language, and the request form is broken into short steps rather than one long page
  • We do not use pop-ups that trap focus, auto-playing audio, or content that flashes

Known limitations

We would rather name these than let you discover them:

  • Third-party components. Our request form uses a third-party consent-documentation service. We do not control that provider’s code and cannot guarantee its accessibility. If it creates a barrier for you, email us and we will take your request directly.
  • No independent audit yet. Our review has been internal. A third-party audit has not been completed, so issues may exist that we have not found.
  • Learning Center length. Our guides are long-form articles. They use headings and lists for navigation, but some readers may still find the length difficult. Email us and we will summarize any guide for you.

Alternative ways to submit a request

You are never required to use the online form. If the form does not work for you, for any reason, email [email protected] and we will collect your information another way and connect you with a licensed mortgage broker exactly as we would for anyone else. There is no cost and no disadvantage to doing it this way.

Reporting a barrier

If something on this site is not accessible to you, please tell us. Email [email protected] and include as much of the following as you can:

  • The page address, or a description of where you were on the site
  • What you were trying to do and what happened instead
  • The browser, device, and any assistive technology you were using
  • How you would prefer we get back to you

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within three business days and to tell you what we intend to do about the issue and roughly when. If a fix will take time, we will offer you a way to get what you needed in the meantime.

Ongoing work

We review accessibility when we make significant changes to the site, and we treat accessibility reports from consumers as bug reports rather than suggestions. As our site grows we intend to expand testing, including testing with assistive technology.

EasyHomeLender.com is not a lender. We connect you with one vetted, licensed mortgage broker. All loan terms, approvals, and disclosures come from that broker or the lender they place your loan with — never from us.
