We are not a lender

We do not originate loans, set loan terms, issue disclosures for a loan, or take applications. Any mortgage product, rate, term, credit decision, disclosure, or closing document comes solely from the licensed mortgage broker or lender you choose to work with. We are not a party to any loan transaction.

No rates, no payments, no approvals

We do not advertise interest rates, annual percentage rates, monthly payment amounts, or savings figures, and nothing on this site is a quote, an offer of credit, or a commitment to lend. Educational examples in our Learning Center are illustrative only.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that a broker will contact you, that a broker will be available in your state, or that you will qualify for any loan or program.

What happens to your information

When you submit a request, you authorize us to collect and review your information and share it with no more than one participating mortgage provider licensed to originate loans in your state. We review the request, confirm the property state, and assign it to that single provider.

Your request is handled exclusively and is not distributed to multiple mortgage brokers or lenders. We do not sell your request to a marketplace, auction it, or resell it to additional parties. The provider who receives your request is responsible for being properly licensed in your state.

Our Privacy Policy describes in full what we collect, who we share it with, and how long we keep it.

Consent to be contacted

Consent is collected on the request form itself, and the exact language shown to you is recorded with your request. The current version identifier is EHL-CONSENT-2026-09-v4. In substance, by checking the consent box you agree that:

• You authorize us to collect and review your information and share it with West Capital Lending, Inc. (NMLS ID #1566096) for the purpose of responding to your mortgage request.
• You expressly consent to receive calls and text messages from West Capital Lending, Inc., including calls or text messages made using automated technology or prerecorded messages, at the telephone number you provide.
• You also consent to receive emails from EasyHomeLender.com and West Capital Lending, Inc. at the email address you provide, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
• EasyHomeLender.com is a separate company from West Capital Lending, Inc. and is a mortgage marketing and lead-generation service. It is not a lender, mortgage broker, or mortgage loan originator.
• Your request will be shared with one participating mortgage provider and will not be distributed to multiple mortgage brokers or lenders.
• Consent is not required as a condition of obtaining any goods or services.
• Message and data rates may apply, and you may opt out of text messages by replying STOP.

Consent documentation

When you submit a request, a third-party consent-documentation service (TrustedForm, operated by ActiveProspect) creates a record of your visit and of the consent language displayed to you. We retain that certificate as evidence of the consent you provided.

Where we operate

We accept requests from 47 states and the District of Columbia. We are not able to serve residents of Illinois, New York, or Massachusetts, and those states are not selectable on the request form. See states served for the full list. Our services are intended for use within the United States only, by adults.

Educational content

Guides in our Learning Center are general education, not loan advice. They do not quote rates, approve loans, or set loan terms, and they are not a substitute for guidance from a licensed mortgage professional about your own situation.

No cost to you

We do not charge consumers a fee to submit a request, and submitting a request costs you nothing.
