EasyHomeLender.com is not a lender. We are a mortgage marketing and lead-generation service. Being listed below means we can accept your request and work to connect you with one licensed mortgage broker. It is not an offer of credit and not a statement that a loan is available to you.
Every jurisdiction below is selectable on our request form. The broker who receives your request — not EasyHomeLender.com — is responsible for holding an active license to originate loans in the state where the property is located.
We are not able to serve residents of the following states. They are not selectable on the request form, so you will not be asked to complete a request we cannot act on.
If your property is in one of these three states, please do not submit a request. We have no way to route it and it will not reach a broker.
This list reflects where we accept requests today and may change. Being able to accept your request is also not the same as a broker being available at that moment. Availability depends on the licensed brokers participating at the time your request is reviewed, which is why we never promise that a broker will contact you.
We review each request, confirm the property state, and assign it to a single vetted broker licensed in that state. Your request is exclusive to that broker. It is not distributed to multiple brokers, and it is not resold.
