A person at EasyHomeLender.com reviews what you submitted and confirms which state the property is in. We do not run your credit, decide whether you qualify, or make any lending decision. We are confirming that we can route your request to someone licensed to help you.
Your request goes to a single vetted mortgage broker who holds an active license to originate loans in your state. We record who received it and when. It is never sent to a second broker, never resold, and never distributed to a call center or a bidding network.
The broker reaches out by phone or email to talk through your options. From that point forward, every rate, loan term, disclosure, and decision comes from them — not from us.

We do not make credit decisions, approve loans, quote rates, or provide loan advice. Any loan product, loan terms, or approval comes solely from the licensed mortgage broker assigned to your request.
It means your request is assigned to one vetted mortgage broker and stops there. We do not send it to a second broker, we do not resell it, and we do not distribute it to a call center or a bidding network.
There is no cost to submit a request or to be connected with a broker. If you go on to pursue a loan, the broker and lender disclose their own costs to you directly.
Submitting a request through this website does not involve a credit check and does not affect your credit score. The credit range question is your own estimate. If you choose to move forward, the broker will tell you when a credit check is needed and ask your permission first.
We accept requests from 47 states and the District of Columbia. We are not able to serve residents of Illinois, New York, or Massachusetts, and those states are not selectable on the request form. The broker who receives your request must hold an active license to originate loans in the state where the property is located.
