MGIML Brands Inc. d/b/a EasyHomeLender.com (“EasyHomeLender.com,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a mortgage marketing and lead-generation service. We collect the information you provide through our website to review your request, operate our services, communicate with you, and, when appropriate, connect you with one vetted mortgage broker licensed in your state.

We do not distribute a submitted request to multiple mortgage brokers or lenders. A request assigned to a provider is intended to be exclusive to that single provider. We may also share information with service providers that help operate our website, lead-routing systems, compliance tools, communications, and security services.

Information we collect

We collect the information you enter into our request form, which may include:

• Your name, email address, and mobile phone number
• The state and ZIP code of the property
• Your stated goal, property type, and how the property is used
• Self-reported estimates such as property value, mortgage balance, amount of equity you want to access, purchase price, purchase time frame, and a self-described credit range
• Any optional notes you choose to add

We also automatically collect limited technical information, including your IP address, browser type, the page you submitted from, and any marketing campaign parameters in the link you arrived through.

When you submit a request, a third-party consent-documentation service (TrustedForm, operated by ActiveProspect) creates a record of your visit and the consent language displayed to you. A certificate reference is stored with your request.

We do not collect your Social Security number, date of birth, or bank or account numbers through this website, and we do not run a credit check. If a broker later needs that information, they will collect it from you directly under their own privacy practices.

How we use your information

• To review your request and confirm which state the property is in
• To assign your request to one licensed mortgage broker in that state
• To email you about a request you submitted
• To maintain records of consent and of which broker received your request
• To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our website
• To comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests

How we share your information

We share your request with one vetted mortgage broker who holds an active license to originate loans in your state. We do not sell your request to multiple brokers, lead marketplaces, bidding networks, or call centers.

We also share information with service providers who act on our behalf, including lead-routing and CRM platforms, consent-documentation providers, email and text-messaging providers, hosting and security providers, and analytics providers. These providers are permitted to use the information only to perform services for us.

We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or legal process; to enforce our Terms of Use; to protect the rights, safety, or property of any person; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Once your request is assigned, the broker’s own privacy policy governs how they handle your information. We do not control the broker’s practices.

Calls, texts, and emails

When you check the consent box and submit a request, you expressly consent to receive calls and text messages from the single mortgage provider selected to assist with your request, including calls or text messages made using automated technology or prerecorded messages, at the telephone number you provide. Consent is not required as a condition of obtaining any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply.

You also consent to receive emails from EasyHomeLender.com and from that mortgage provider at the email address you provide. EasyHomeLender.com does not place automated marketing calls or text messages to you on its own behalf.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You can unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any email, or by emailing us at the address below. Opting out does not necessarily stop messages from the mortgage provider that received your request; to stop those, contact that provider directly or reply STOP to their texts.

Your choices and rights

You may email us at [email protected] to request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. We will respond as required by applicable law. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.

We do not sell personal information for money. Because we transmit your request to a mortgage broker, some state laws may treat that transmission as a “sale” or “sharing.” If you do not want your information transmitted to a broker, do not submit a request, or contact us at the address above.

Cookies and tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working correctly, understand how visitors use it, and measure marketing campaigns. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the site function. Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal; there is currently no common standard for responding to it.

Data retention and security

We keep request and consent records for as long as needed to operate our services, resolve disputes, and meet legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, email us and we will delete it.

We accept requests from 47 states and the District of Columbia. We are not able to serve residents of Illinois, New York, or Massachusetts. Our services are intended for use within the United States only. The full list is on our states served page.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be posted here. Continuing to use the website after an update means you accept the revised policy.
