These Terms of Use govern your use of the EasyHomeLender.com website, operated by MGIML Brands Inc. d/b/a EasyHomeLender.com. By using this website or submitting a request, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
EasyHomeLender.com is not a lender, mortgage broker, mortgage loan originator, or credit repair organization. The website provides marketing and lead-generation services and general educational information only. It does not provide legal, tax, credit, or financial advice; make lending decisions; quote loan terms; or guarantee approval, rates, savings, broker availability, or any particular loan product.
Any mortgage product, loan terms, credit decision, disclosure, and closing document comes solely from the licensed mortgage broker or lender you choose to work with. We are not a party to any loan transaction, and we do not supervise, control, or take responsibility for the services a broker provides to you.
Submitting a request does not guarantee anything. It does not guarantee that a broker will contact you, that a broker will be available in your state, or that you will qualify for any loan or program.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You may submit requests only for yourself and for property you own or intend to purchase. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information, and you may not submit another person’s information without their permission.
When you submit a request, we review it, confirm the property state, and assign it to one vetted mortgage broker licensed to originate loans in that state. Your request is intended to be exclusive to that broker. We do not distribute it to multiple brokers. We accept requests from 47 states and the District of Columbia, and we are not able to serve residents of Illinois, New York, or Massachusetts.
By submitting a request, you consent to be contacted as described in the consent language shown on the request form and in our Privacy Policy. Consent is not required as a condition of obtaining any goods or services.
You agree not to use this website to submit false, misleading, or automated submissions; to interfere with or disrupt the website or its security; to attempt unauthorized access to any system or data; to copy, scrape, or harvest content or data from the site; or to use the site for any unlawful purpose.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time. We may also update these Terms of Use; when we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
